Where is the win8 shutdown?

My brother recently changed a Win8 system, you have not used the Win8 system, do not know how to shut down. Due to the large computer users are accustomed to using Windows XP, Win8 is not very understanding of the system. Microsoft announced Windows Embedded 8 embedded system roadmap

November 14 news, Microsoft on Tuesday announced details of Windows Embedded 8 operating system, designed specifically for embedded hardware systems.

Microsoft said in a press release, qualified business users and consumers can download a preview version of Windows Embedded 8 Standard. The final version will be released in March 2013, Windows 8 Embedded Pro also synchronized arrival. Windows Embedded 8 Industry and Handheld two versions Published January 2013. Windows Embedded Compact 2013 will be released some time in the second quarter of 2013.

Microsoft, partners, and business users will benefit many Win8 same functionality, such as touch and gesture will bring more natural experience for POS systems, medical equipment, and automotive technology.
